Multifunctional single-phase electricity meters I-SM 2XX, depending on the configuration, are designed for measuring and recording active energy, or both active and reactive energy, in forward and reverse directions in single-phase AC circuits with a frequency of 50 Hz, as well as for multi-tariff measurement of active energy.

The meters are also intended for converting, storing, and transmitting information via built-in interfaces, both autonomously and as part of automated control and data acquisition systems.

Scope of application: electricity metering in residential and small commercial sectors, industrial facilities, and energy infrastructure, including data exchange via communication channels within automated commercial electricity metering systems (ACEMS).
